Every vehicle you own, every service interval, every open recall — tracked in one garage that lives on your phone, not on someone's server.
One-time purchase · Every feature included · No subscription, no ads, no account
Most maintenance apps assume you own one car. WrenchSync doesn't. Cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, RVs, ATVs, tractors and generators all live in the same garage — each with a schedule built for how it actually gets used, measured in miles, kilometres or engine hours.
Add a vehicle, get a schedule, log what you do. There is no account to create and nothing to configure before it becomes useful.
Type or scan the VIN and WrenchSync decodes the year, make, model and engine from the NHTSA database. No VIN? Pick it from a list in three taps.
A full maintenance schedule is generated instantly from manufacturer intervals, adjusted for how you drive — severe, normal or light duty.
Log a service in seconds with cost, mileage, shop and a photo of the receipt. WrenchSync recalculates what's next and reminds you before it's due.
There is no free tier holding features hostage and no monthly bill. You buy it once and every screen, every tool and every future update is yours.
Every item carries its own mileage and time interval, and the engine tracks both — so a filter due at 30,000 miles or 24 months surfaces on whichever comes first. Severe-duty driving tightens the intervals automatically.
WrenchSync checks your vehicle against the NHTSA recall database and lists open campaigns with the affected component, the remedy and the campaign number — so you can walk into a dealer knowing exactly what to ask for.
Log cost, odometer, shop, parts and a photo of the receipt. Export the whole history as CSV or JSON when you sell — a documented maintenance record is worth real money at resale.
Choose how far ahead you get warned — in miles, hours or days — and what time of day it lands.
Boats, tractors, generators and mowers run on hours, not miles. Both are handled natively.
Export your service history or your entire dataset any time. Your records are yours.
Stored locally with Core Data. No servers, no accounts, no analytics on what you drive.
Every job rated easy, medium, hard or shop-only, with a typical cost range before you decide.
Track anything the template missed — a supercharger service, a winter storage checklist, anything.
Push an item out a week or a month without losing it. It comes back instead of disappearing.
Each item explains what the part does and what happens if you skip it. No blind checklists.
Attach a photo to any service record. Compressed on device, never uploaded anywhere.
Enter a VIN and the year, make, model, trim and engine fill themselves in from NHTSA vPIC.
All twenty-plus of these ship in the $6.99 app. Nothing is locked, upsold or metered.
Big tap targets, high contrast, and the information you need while you're standing next to the car with dirty hands. Screens below show sample data.
No subscription, no ads, no locked features, no account. Pay once and WrenchSync stays on your phone for as long as you own it — future updates included.

No. WrenchSync is a one-time $6.99 purchase and every feature is included from the moment you open it. There are no tiers, no in-app upgrades and no recurring charge. The launch price is temporary and may go up, but if you buy at $6.99 it stays yours — future updates included.
No. There's no sign-up, no email and no password. Open the app and add a vehicle. Everything is stored locally on your device using Apple's Core Data framework — WrenchSync doesn't operate servers and your maintenance records never get uploaded anywhere.
Cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, boats, RVs, ATVs, side-by-sides, tractors, mowers and generators. Anything measured in miles, kilometres or engine hours gets an appropriate schedule — a boat's impeller and lower-unit oil are tracked on hours, not odometer readings.
Manufacturer service schedules and published industry standards, adjusted for the driving conditions you select. They're general guidelines, not a replacement for your owner's manual or a qualified mechanic — always verify against the manual for your specific vehicle.
WrenchSync queries the NHTSA public recall API and shows any open campaigns for your vehicle. Because it comes from a government database, coverage is limited to vehicles NHTSA tracks — boats, tractors and some imported equipment aren't included. Always confirm at nhtsa.gov/recalls.
WrenchSync estimates it. After a couple of updates it learns your average daily mileage and projects forward, so due dates stay roughly accurate even if you only enter a real odometer reading a few times a year. Estimated figures are labelled as estimates.
Yes, any time. Export your service history as CSV or your entire dataset as JSON from Settings. It's genuinely useful at resale — a documented maintenance record is one of the few things that reliably raises a private-party sale price.
No. Every screen shown on this site is a mockup populated with sample data for illustration. No real garage, vehicle, VIN or service record appears anywhere on this page.
